Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyReDeal website at myredeal.com or the MyReDeal platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using MyReDeal on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

MyReDeal is a real estate transaction coordination platform that helps real estate agents and transaction coordinators manage deals from contract to close. Our services include:

• Transaction management and tracking tools
• Document storage and organization
• Deadline and task management
• Communication tools for agents, TCs, and clients
• Integration with third-party real estate platforms
• SMS and RCS messaging services (subject to separate opt-in)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyReDeal. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals, transaction coordinators, and related real estate industry participants in the United States. Use of the Service from outside the United States is at your own risk and subject to applicable local laws.

4. Accounts & Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features of MyReDeal, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at tc@myredeal.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each account is for a single user or entity. You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts for the same individual or business without prior written consent from MyReDeal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyReDeal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or phishing messages
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

MyReDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these acceptable use standards.

6. Payment & Billing

6.1 Fees

Access to certain features of MyReDeal requires payment of fees. Pricing is available upon request at tc@myredeal.com or as displayed within the platform.

6.2 Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize MyReDeal to charge your payment method for applicable fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Refunds

Fees paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at tc@myredeal.com within 30 days.

6.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service, excluding taxes based on MyReDeal's net income.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The MyReDeal platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by MyReDeal.com LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant MyReDeal a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

7.3 Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant MyReDeal the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of using or providing the Service, including transaction data, client information, and business information. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

MyReDeal's handling of your personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

MyReDeal does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

MyReDeal is a technology platform and does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable real estate laws and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyReDeal.com LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at tc@myredeal.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

12.2 Termination by MyReDeal

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance unless the violation is severe.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact MyReDeal at tc@myredeal.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
