4. SMS / Text Messaging Policy (10DLC Compliant)
MyReDeal operates SMS/text messaging programs in compliance with all applicable U.S. carrier requirements, TCPA regulations, and 10DLC (10-digit long code) campaign registration standards.
4.1 Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our website or platform, you expressly consent to receive text messages from MyReDeal.
These messages may include: transaction updates, deadline reminders, appointment confirmations, platform notifications, and occasional promotional messages about MyReDeal products and services.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.
4.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and account settings. You may receive up to several messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4.3 How to Opt Out (STOP)
To stop receiving text messages from MyReDeal at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you.
After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

4.5 No Sharing of Phone Numbers

4.6 Supported Carriers
Our SMS messaging program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. MyReDeal is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
4.7 10DLC Campaign Information
MyReDeal's text messaging program is registered with U.S. carriers through The Campaign Registry (TCR) under 10DLC standards. Our campaigns are designated for:
- Transaction coordination updates and alerts
- Account and platform notifications
- Customer support and onboarding communications
- Marketing messages to opted-in users
5. RCS Messaging & Google Brand Verification
MyReDeal uses Rich Communication Services (RCS) messaging, powered by Google's verified business messaging platform, to deliver enhanced message experiences where supported.
5.1 What is RCS?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is a next-generation messaging protocol supported by Google and major Android devices. It provides features like read receipts, typing indicators, branded sender ID, and rich media โ all within the native messaging app.
5.2 Google RCS Brand Verification
MyReDeal has applied for and maintains Google RCS business sender verification. This means:
- Our messages display with the verified MyReDeal brand name and logo
- A verified checkmark (โ) may appear next to our sender ID on supported devices
- Our business information, website, and privacy policy are on file with Google for verification purposes
5.3 RCS Data Handling
RCS messages sent through Google's business messaging infrastructure are subject to Google's Privacy Policy in addition to this policy. We do not store the content of RCS conversations beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
5.4 Opting Out of RCS
You may opt out of RCS messaging the same way as SMS โ by replying STOP to any message. If your device does not support RCS, messages will fall back to standard SMS automatically.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
6.1 Service Providers
Trusted vendors who help us operate our platform, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and SMS/RCS delivery providers. These vendors are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.
